There’s really nothing cheap about the Super Bowl. People pay tens of thousands of dollars to just get inside the stadium, and that doesn’t include your travel fare, hotel costs  and parking prices.

But for fans who do get inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium for Sunday’s Super Bowl LIII showdown between the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams, the price of concessions will be relatively low. At least for a few fan-favorite items.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium announced via Twitter that hot dog and beer prices will be considerably cheaper than usual for football’s premier game. Hot dogs will be sold for $2 and beer will be $5.

That’s pretty low for any professional sporting event.

It’s not as if the Stadium is actually going to be hurting for money. Even the cheapest Super Bowl tickets will sell for thousands of dollars, and it’s guaranteed to bring in a huge chunk of money.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium could’ve increased the price of beer and hot dogs for the game, trying to make as much money as possible. But it’s pretty cool that you can get a bite and a beverage for under $10 at the Super Bowl.

Even if you had to spend a fortune to get through the door.
