The Big Ten 2023 schedule release was announced and teams from both divisions will get more familiar with one another.

The B1G East and West will take part in crossover games between the 2 divisions. The B1G Network released the games between the 2 divisions. It will feature teams that normally do not play each other on a yearly basis.

One of the most notable parts of the crossover schedule for the B1G West was that Purdue would face Ohio State at home and Michigan on the road. This will be Ohio State’s 1st time visiting Purdue since the 2018 upset loss to Purdue. In 2021, Purdue visited Ohio State. Minnesota will go up against Michigan, Michigan State, and Ohio State.

For the B1G East, Ohio State will look to avenge the upset loss from 2018 at Purdue. In addition, Ohio State will travel to Wisconsin in a conference road game. Michigan will visit Nebraska and Minnesota. Purdue will pay a visit to Michigan in Ann Arbor.

The conference will be integrating the scheduling of the 2 conference divisions. In the B1G Conference, teams mainly play their divisional foes with a few games sprinkled in against opponents from the other division.
