Big Ten bowl season is getting lined up with ESPN setting the College Football Playoff bracket Sunday afternoon and the rest of the postseason getting released soon after!

Along with the 4 teams heading to the Playoff, there will be 8 B1G teams heading to a bowl game. That means the league has a massive 12 teams in action this postseason from the 18 teams in the league.

While the Playoff will dominate the postseason storylines, the other teams in action have some interesting matchups.

For starters, Nebraska is finally back in a bowl game, and the extra practice time could be a key building block for Matt Rhule’s program. Michigan, though not returning to the Playoff, will face Alabama in a rematch of last year’s Rose Bowl and CFP semifinal.
