Remember Michigan-Michigan State last weekend?

Of course you do. Many watched the Wolverines defense stymie the Spartans offense en route to a 21-7 victory. But we all know what happened before and after the game as well.

Following the 14-point game, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh and Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio went back-and-forth about what took place before the game. Michigan LB Devin Bush ended up ripping the Spartans logo at midfield with his cleats due to what took place, which was Michigan State going out arm-in-arm to get ready for its pre-game.

The Spartans basically ran through the Wolverines players — who were already out on the field — which of course was unacceptable.

On Wednesday, the Big Ten dealt with what took place:

As Chris Solari for the Detroit Free Press tweeted, the Big Ten ultimately reprimanded the Michigan State football team, Bush and Harbaugh. What the Big Ten also did was fine Michigan State University $10,000.

The Big Ten considers the matter concluded.
