Tuesday was an emotional day across the B1G.
B1G presidents and commissioner Kevin Warren came to the conclusion on Tuesday that the B1G needed to postpone its season until at least spring 2021. It was the first Power 5 conference to make the call. The Pac-12 followed suit shortly after.
In the Midwest, there will be no fall Saturdays with football on the television screen. No tailgating. No Iowa-Nebraska, Michigan-Ohio State or Minnesota-Wisconsin. There won’t be any Hail Mary passes, last-second field goals or monumental upsets.
On Tuesday, the Big Ten Network released a video bidding farewell to the fall football season. And yes, you might get a little choked up watching it:
We'll miss you, @B1GFootball.
Until we meet again. ❤️️ pic.twitter.com/DBDnJTktKX
