Alabama and Clemson are the favorites to return to the College Football Playoff National Championship and give us all another classic battle.

That was according to the early odds from Bovada, which gave the two national title game teams the best odds to repeat.

But outside of that is where it gets interesting.

Tied for the third-best odds were Baylor, Michigan and Ohio State at 12-to-1. With both B1G teams looking at potential top-10 rankings to start the season, that isn’t too much of a surprise. Whether or not either team starts the season at No. 3 in the Associated Press poll is another topic.

Outside of those two teams, the only other B1G squads that got early odds were Iowa and Michigan State at 33-to-1.
