Bracket for 2020 women’s B1G Tournament set

March Madness gets underway later this week for B1G women’s basketball, as the regular season concluded over the weekend. With the year over, the bracket for this week’s tournament is set.
Northwestern and Maryland shared the B1G regular season, but the Terrapins received the top seed in the conference tournament, with Northwestern getting the second seed. Iowa (No. 3) and Indiana (No. 4) will be the other two teams enjoying the double-bye.
Action begins on Wednesday, March 4, when No. 13 Illinois takes on No. 12 Wisconsin, with tip set for 2 p.m. ET. No. 14 Penn State and No. 11 Minnesota will then finish the day, with the start time coming 25 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.
Games will continue at noon on Thursday, March 5, with No. 9 Purdue and No. 8 Michigan State beginning the day. No. 5 Rutgers will play the Illinois/Wisconsin winner in the next game. At 6:30 p.m., No. 10 Nebraska will play No. 7 Michigan and No. 6 Ohio State will play the Penn State/Minnesota winner.
