Brett McMurphy has put out his updated bowl projections following Week 9. In his latest projections for Action Network, there are 10 B1G programs that McMurphy believes will be in the postseason.

His College Football Playoff is mostly the same. McMurphy is still predicting that Ohio State will be the only B1G team in it. Tennessee, Georgia, and Clemson will be the other teams in his scenario.

Michigan and Penn State will barely miss the Playoff. The only B1G teams that McMurphy does not have making a bowl game are Nebraska, Indiana, Northwestern, and Rutgers.

There is still plenty of time for those four teams to make a push with four games left on the schedule. Who knows how the postseason is going to go down?

Here are McMurphy’s bowl projections:

Ohio State

  • Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Clemson

  • Rose Bowl vs. Oregon

Penn State

  • Citrus Bowl vs. LSU

  • Reliaquest Bowl vs. Kentucky

  • Music City Bowl vs. Texas A&M

  • Duke’s Mayo Bowl vs. Wake Forest

  • Pinstripe Bowl vs. Florida State

  • Guaranteed Rate Bowl vs. Texas Tech
