Broadcast channel, crew updated for Illinois vs. Nebraska in Week 9
The No.17 Illinois football team will face off against Nebraska in Week 9 with the game airing on ABC this Saturday. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. ET. Both squads are coming off bye weeks.

Dave Pasch is expected to handle play-by-play duties with Dusty Dvoracek and Tom Luginbill also on the call.

The matchup in 2021 between these two teams was a tough battle with the Illini securing the win, 30-22 in Champaign. This year the game will be played in Lincoln at Memorial Stadium. This year, the Cornhuskers have the potential to utilize home-field advantage against the ranked Illini.
The Fighting Illini (6-1, 3-1 Big Ten) are the favorite to win at 68.3% with the Huskers (3-4, 2-2) at 31.7%, according to ESPN’s FPI.
Illinois hopes to keep its winning streak alive coming off a win against Minnesota 26-14 in Week 7. Nebraska is coming off a loss to Purdue, 43-37, and hopes to get its momentum back into the win column.
