CBB AP Poll: 5 teams from the B1G crack latest Top 25
The latest college basketball Associated Press Poll has been released. Five teams from the B1G have cracked the Top 25.
Despite a Thursday road loss to unranked Indiana, Purdue is still the conference’s highest-ranked team at No. 6. The Boilermakers bounced back with a 20-point victory over Northwestern to improve to 16-3 on the season.
Michigan State was the only other team from the B1G to land in the Top 10 with a 15-3 record. The Spartans posted an 86-74 victory over Wisconsin in Madison on Friday after a surprising loss to Northwestern a week earlier.
Wisconsin, Ohio State and Illinois were the B1G’s other three teams to crack the Top 25. Here’s a look at the complete AP Poll:
