Bowl projections in November are a different story.

With four games left to play for every B1G team, we have a pretty good idea where each B1G team will end up. Sure, there could be some unexpected shakeups, but chances are that bowl projections won’t incorrectly predict a team’s win total by more than two.

CBS Sports took a crack at figuring out the postseason picture in its latest bowl projections. That picture looks pretty solid for the B1G.

With five B1G teams in the top 12 of the College Football Playoff poll, four of those B1G teams would be playing in New Year’s Six bowls.

Jerry Palm essentially has Ohio State beating Michigan and earning the No. 4 spot in the College Football Playoff. Though if the Buckeyes were to win out — probably beating at least two top-10 teams including the B1G Championship — it would be difficult to see OSU entering the field as the No. 4 seed with a first-round matchup against No. 1 Alabama.
