Charles Barkley is not a fan of the B1G this year. At least that’s what we can assume based on his Final Four picks.

Before the start of the tournament on Thursday, Barkley revealed his Final Four selections for March Madness. He doesn’t believe a single B1G team will reach the pinnacle of the sport, despite having two No. 1 seeds and two No. 2 seeds in this year’s field.

Who does Barkley have in the Final Four? Gonzaga, Alabama, Houston and Baylor. Barkley then has Gonzaga and Baylor both advancing to the championship game and the Bulldogs taking down the Bears to win it all.

No mention of No. 1 seeds Illinois or Michigan, or No. 2 seeds Iowa or Ohio State reaching the Final Four.

This year, the B1G had nine teams receive a bid to play in the NCAA Tournament. Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Purdue, Rutgers and Wisconsin are all attempting to end the B1G’s national championship drought, which dates back to 2000.
