Chris Culliver is a 3-star wide receiver prospect via the class of 2023. Playing for Maiden High School in Maiden, North Carolina, Culliver revealed his top 7 list for potential destinations on Thursday.
Culliver’s list included Ohio State and Maryland out of the B1G. The rest of his group was made up of North Carolina, NC State, Appalachian State, Florida State and Virginia Tech.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Culliver is a 3-star prospect and the No. 15 player out of North Carolina regardless of position. He is also rated the No. 56 WR in the country for 2023.
