Longtime ESPN college football broadcasters Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit will dabble with the NFL game in 2020.
On Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN confirmed that Fowler and Herbstreit — who are typically on the call for the ABC College Football Game of the Week each Saturday in the fall — will try their hands at Monday Night Football this year. They’ll be one of two broadcast crews for the first week of the season.

The broadcast duo will make their appearance on Monday, Sept. 14 when they call the first of a Monday Night Football double-header on ESPN. Fowler and Herbstreit will be the voices on air for the Pittsburgh Steelers-New York Giants contest.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. ET.
In the second Monday Night Football game, a three-man crew of Steve Levy, Brian Griese and Louis Riddick will be on the call for the Tennessee Titans-Denver Broncos clash. That game is scheduled for 10:10 p.m. ET.
