College basketball AP Top 25: 4 Big Ten teams crack latest poll
The latest college basketball top 25 has arrived, and 4 Big Ten teams cracked the latest poll.
Purdue leads the way at No. 13 after a pair of strong opening wins. The Boilermakers showed they are much more than just Zach Edey, especially with Braden Smith leading the way at the point.
Next up is Indiana, which survived a first-half scare against Eastern Illinois after downing SIUE to open the season. The Hoosiers downed Tennessee in a preseason charity exhibition, so there’s optimism despite some less than ideal performances thus far. There’s a good test upcoming against South Carolina that should prove a good measuring stick.
Ohio State had the win of the opening weekend in the Big Ten, downing No. 19 Texas. Devin Royal is a certified bucket, and the Buckeyes got some sweet minutes from Micah Parrish as well. Watch out for the Buckeyes this year, folks.
