College football bowl projections have been updated by CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm. He has 9 B1G programs who are projected to reach a bowl game this season much like his previous predictions.

The only schools not on his projections are Nebraska, Northwestern, Indiana, Iowa, and Rutgers. Palm’s College Football Playoff teams remain the same with Ohio State, Clemson, Georgia, and Tennessee all making it.

Palm still has the same prediction in store for Penn State and Michigan. The Wolverines are slotted for the Rose Bowl, while Penn State is heading for the Orange Bowl in his projections.

There is still a lot of football left to played as these bowl game projections aren’t set in stone by any means. It’s getting down to the nitty gritty for teams in the B1G and around the country.

Here’s the bowl games that Palm thinks the B1G will be going to:

Ohio State

  • Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Clemson

  • Orange Bowl vs. Wake Forest
