College football bowl schedule: 7-game slate set for Saturday, Dec. 18
The Bowl Season in college football is underway with the action getting kicked off Friday afternoon. Wins by Middle Tennessee State in the Bahamas Bowl and Coastal Carolina in the Cure Bowl started the action with 6 games set for Saturday, Dec. 18.
The action gets started at 11 am EST with Western Kentucky and Appalachian State in the RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl on ESPN. That game is shortly followed by the Cricket Celebration Bowl between South Carolina State and Jackson State at noon on ABC. UTEP and Fresno State in the PUBG Mobile New Mexico Bowl will follow at 2:15 pm EST on ESPN.
UAB and BYU will keep the afternoon rolling with the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl in Shreveport, Louisiana at 3:30 pm EST on ABC. Eastern Michigan and Liberty will feature the early evening slot in the LendingTree Bowl in Mobile, Alabama at 5:45 pm EST on ESPN.
In primetime, Utah State and Oregon State will meet in the Jimmy Kimmel Bowl from SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles at 7:30 pm EST on ABC. Louisiana and Marshall will face off for the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl at 9:15 pm EST on ESPN.
