College Football Playoff announces series of free concerts ahead of National Championship game
This season’s College Football Playoff National Championship game takes place in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium. With the game in Big Ten country, it’s only fitting that it looks like there could be a team there to represent the Big Ten. It also looks like fans will have something extra to enjoy while at the game.
The College Football Playoff announced on Thursday a series of free concerts will take place prior to the National Championship game on Jan. 10. They will take place in Indianapolis’ Monument Circle.

Doja Cat and AJR will start the festivities on Saturday, Jan. 8 at the AT&T Playlist Live event. Then, Ava Max and Twenty One Pilots will follow them up on Sunday, Jan. 9. The gates for those artists will start letting people in at 5 p.m. ET on both days.
Lastly, Sam Hunt and BRELAND close out the concert series on Monday, Jan. 10 before the National Championship game on the Capital One Stage at the Allstate Championship Tailgate. The gates open for that concert at noon ET that day.
The CFP National Championship game on Jan. 10 will kick off at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
