An interesting Week 13 has helped shake out the College Football Playoff Rankings heading into the final week of the regular season.

Over the weekend, the No. 6 (Oregon) and No. 8 (Penn State) teams lost. With each of those squads taking their second loss, those teams are all but eliminated from CFP contention.
