There are rankings debates everywhere you look in the college football world entering Week 8 of the 2022 season. The Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) and the National Football Foundation (NFF) weighed in with the latest Super 16 poll.

Georgia remains atop the poll at No. 1 after improving to 7-0. Ohio State is the highest-ranked B1G team at No. 2, with 14 first-place votes.

Michigan moved up a spot from No. 5 to No. 4 after defeating Penn State. The Nittany Lions dropped from No. 10 to No. 16 in the poll after falling to the Wolverines.

The SEC and Pac-12 lead all conferences with 4 teams each, followed by the Big Ten and ACC with 3 each while 2 teams from the Big 12 make the poll.
