The transfer portal officially opened Monday and nearly 1,000 players have entered their names, with many more well on the way.

A shocking number of those players are quarterbacks. Several big QB names officially entered the portal Monday, including some B1G names such as Wisconsin’s Graham Mertz and, though it was announced a few days ago, Michigan’s Cade McNamara.

That’s far from the full list. There were plenty more across the country that will be of heavy interest to a few programs next season. Perhaps most shocking was Oklahoma State QB Spencer Sanders, who spent 4 years in Stillwater and is, alongside Devin Leary, one of the best quarterbacks in the portal right now.

Here are just a few that are looking for new homes.

  • Devin Leary, NC State
  • Spencer Sanders, Oklahoma State
  • DJ Uiagalelei, Clemson
  • Luke Altmyer, Ole Miss
  • Kedon Slovis, Pitt
  • Austin Reed, Western Kentucky
  • Zach Calzada, Auburn
  • Donovan Smith, Texas Tech
  • Drew Pyne, Notre Dame
  • Phil Jurkovec, Boston College
  • Mike Wright, Vanderbilt
  • Hudson Card, Texas
  • Jeff Sims, Georgia Tech
