With Nebraska traveling to Illinois for a Week 0 showdown between a pair of B1G West foes, many thought GameDay might make the trip to Champaign. That won’t be the case to kickoff the season.

Other Week 0 matchups include: UTEP vs. New Mexico State; UConn vs. Fresno State; Southern Utah vs. San Jose State and Hawaii vs. UCLA.

The matchup between Alcorn State and NC Central is this year’s MEAC-SWAC Challenge. ESPN will also be airing First Take from the venue on Friday, Aug. 27, a day before the game.
