College GameDay is headed to South Bend for the Week 1 clash between No. 14 Michigan and No. 12 Notre Dame. We’ve known that for a few weeks now.

What we didn’t know was who the popular pre-game show would select to be the celebrity guest picker.

Now, we have that answer.

College GameDay announced on Thursday evening that country star Luke Bryan will be in South Bend on Saturday, and will serve as the celebrity guest picker.

Bryan will join Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Lee Corso at the end of the show, when each of the analysts pick the biggest games from the first Saturday of the season.
