College GameDay was live ahead of Saturday’s Championship Weekend with ESPN’s pre-game crew breaking down all the matchups. The Big Ten bout between Penn State and Oregon was included with kickoff set for 8 pm ET/5 pm PT on CBS.

When it came to the picks, the crew widely went with Oregon in a clean sweep for the No. 1 team in the country, including the pick from guest picker Timothee Chalamet. While Desmond Howard tried to set the tone with an “easy” pick, Kirk Herbstreit ended the segment predicting things will play a bit differently.

Here are the B1G Championship picks:

Desmond Howard: Oregon. “Oregon, easy.”

Nick Saban: Oregon. “I’m taking Oregon. I think one of the misconceptions about Oregon is how physical they are… I really like what Dan Lanning has done to match the physicality of Penn State.”

Pat McAfee: Oregon. “It’s going to be a battle… I believe the Oregon Ducks remain the No. 1 seed in the country.”

Timothee Chalamet: Oregon. “I want to go 6-0, I’m going Oregon.”

Kirk Herbstreit: Oregon. “Both (Desmond Howard and I) in the pre-season picked Oregon to win the national championship. He doesn’t understand reverse psychology. ‘Easy’ means hold onto your hats, last-second field goal to win.”
