We have finally arrived at Week 2 in the zany world of 2020 college football.

After a crazy week of news, the weekend is here with five B1G games in store for Saturday. Minnesota and Maryland started the slate with a crazy finish to Friday’s game while Nebraska and Wisconsin will be idle following the cancellation of that contest.

Fortunately Purdue vs Illinois is still scheduled to go off without a hitch despite the Illini missing starting QB Brandon Peters following a positive COVID test. The Illini did use contact tracing to rule out multiple other players for Saturday’s game.

The big game for the weekend is Ohio State’s trip to Penn State with College GameDay broadcasting live from Happy Valley Saturday morning. Michigan State and Michigan will also renew one of the conferences bitter rivalries in Week 2.
