Damar Hamlin’s condition has improved tremendously after collapsing on the field during MNF’s game between the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals.

The star Bills safety remains in critical condition, but is able to breathe on his own and has “excellent” neurological function, according to an official report from the Bills organization Saturday.

Hamlin facetimed with teammates Friday and took to social media to thanks fans and all those sending support from around the country Saturday evening.

Hamlin still has a long way to go on his road to recovery, but signs are positive at this point in time. he will no doubt be watching as Buffalo takes on the New England Patriots this Sunday.
