Dante Moore announced where he’ll be going to play college football around noon ET on Friday. He is a 5-star QB from the 2023 class out of Detroit, Michigan per the 247Sports Composite.

Moore was projected to be high on Oregon, Michigan, Texas A&M, LSU, Notre Dame according to 247Sports. Penn State, Ohio State, and Michigan State were also believed to be targeting the QB as well. However, the Detroit native ended up picking Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks. Moore comes in at 6-foot-2.5, 210 pounds and is the No. 4 QB from the 2023 class and No. 1 recruit from Michigan.

Here is the post about his commitment from the ‘ESPN College Football’ account on Twitter:

Moore’s commitment bumps Oregon up to the No. 13 overall recruiting class for 2023 with 17 total commits. Michigan currently has the No. 2 overall 2023 class in the B1G, but definitely would have loved a commitment from the local QB.
