David Pollack considers which ACC program is most appealing to B1G
On Friday, the ACC announced they were adding 3 teams to the conference as SMU, California and Stanford will be in the conference starting next season.
Conference realignment has been a huge talking point in college football the past few years, as many teams have switched conferences over the past few seasons. Every time there is a conference that brings in new teams, there is always talk of what will be the next domino to fall.
The B1G is always considered a conference that is going to continue to look and add teams from other conferences.
Former ESPN analyst David Pollack was on the The Dan Patrick Show, and he talked about which ACC team would be appealing to the B1G.
“Florida State,” Pollack said. “If I’m the B1G, that is a market I would want to go down into and get. I got to get Florida. I think would be a big coup for the B1G and I think this something that we might see in the future.”
The B1G has already made headlines last summer when the conference accepted USC and UCLA. Those two teams will start participating in the B1G next season. And this summer, it added Oregon and Washington.
