According to 247Sports, Sanders is the 229th ranked player in the country for the 2021 recruiting class. He’s also the 14th ranked pro-style quarterback in the nation.
His 247Sports composite ranking is 0.9127 which puts him well into the four-star category on the website. Other schools that had interest him were Florida Atlantic, Alabama, and Baylor.
With that pickup, Sanders will definitely be in line to start when he gets to Jackson State next year. He may only be a freshman but as one of the highest-ranked quarterback recruits in the country, you’d have to think Sanders would start his son.
Jackson State is currently scheduled to play a spring season that starts in February.
