Early Favorites: CFB Playoff national championship odds released for 2019 season
The college football season ended just one day ago, but Vegas has already released odds for the winner of the 2020 College Football Playoff national championship.
With Clemson hammering Alabama on Monday night in a 44-16 victory to polish off a perfect 15-0 regular season, the Tigers are now the favorites to win back-to-back titles. Clemson has been given 2/1 odds to repeat as champions at the end of next season. Alabama was given second-best odds at 5/2.

The B1G makes its first appearance with two teams have 12/1 odds — both Michigan and Ohio State. Georgia was also given 12/1 odds to win it all.
Four other B1G teams were listed, though much further down. Nebraska was listed with 25/1 odds, while Wisconsin had 50/1 odds. Iowa and Penn State were both listed with 80/1 odds.
It’s never too early to get those bets in on next year’s national champion. A few B1G teams have a chance to make a serious run at a crown, according to Vegas.
