Eli Manning shares ‘dream guests’ for Monday Night Football ManningCast
The Manning brothers are all over TV and radio, from Payton’s multiple hosting gigs as a football analyst, to Eli’s play as the QB for the New York Giants.
One thing the football legends and brothers share is ESPN’s Manningcast, where they put a Manning brothers spin Monday Night Football games with analysis and commentary. Having spent multiple years in the league, and coming from a football legacy family, the brothers have made multiple famous friends throughout the years, providing a bevy of guests for the cast. Eli and Payton recently had names like Jalen Hurts, Steph Curry and Jon Hamm stop by for a visit.
Despite having multiple celebrities on their cast, Eli Manning told The Spun that there is still a ‘dream guest” that the brothers would like to have on the show.
“I think it’s always fun to have people on who are really passionate about football. A former president would be nice, whether that’s [Barack] Obama or [George W.] Bush. Obviously, comedians and actors are always entertaining. When they have a personal connection to a certain team or to football, that’s when it’s fun for us. You learn that so many people are passionate about this game and have great stories that they share with family and friends”
We’ll see if the brothers are able to pull in a former POTUS, which might be a stretch, even for a Manning.
