Citizen is a 6-foot, 217-pound running back who is considered to be one of the top players at his position in the 2022 class. Nationally, he ranks No. 113 and is a Top 10 prospect out of Louisiana, per the 247Sports composite rankings.
Prior to the 2021 season, Citizen had piled up 1,121 yards and 14 touchdowns on 135 carries. He also had 144 receiving yards on 13 catches.
Both Nebraska and Michigan State would benefit greatly from another addition to the running back room. Citizen has the potential to make a quick impact with both programs.
