The odds that at least one B1G team reaches the Final Four this year are pretty good, at least according to the ESPN computers.

Michigan State, Michigan and Purdue were all listed among the top 10 teams with the best odds to reach Minneapolis this April. That’s not too surprising, as all three teams were atop the B1G, with Michigan State and Purdue sharing the regular season title and Michigan finishing one game back.

According to ESPN’s computer, the four teams most likely to advance to the Final Four are Virginia (61.3%), Gonzaga (52.4%), Duke (50.8%) and North Carolina (28.9%).

The Spartans have the fifth-best percentage, coming in at 28.8%. The Wolverines sit at No. 8 on the list at 15.9% and the Boilermakers round out the top 10 at 14.1%.

Michigan State has appeared in seven Final Fours under Tom Izzo, with the latest coming in 2015. John Beilein has taken Michigan to the Final Four twice — 2013 and 2018 — with the Wolverines finishing runner-up both times.

Purdue’s last Final Four appearance came in 1980.
