We haven’t quite reached the starting line yet, but college football is on the horizon. This Saturday, the first Division I college football game will kick off a unique 2020 season, as FCS squads Central Arkansas and Austin Peay go head-to-head to begin the year.
Even with some games moved around and conferences canceling seasons, this weekend is still dubbed “Week 0” for college football.
A week later, we’ll have eight college football games on the television. A combination of FBS and FCS teams will be on the field between Thursday, Sept. 3 and Monday, Sept. 7, bringing us our first big weekend in the sport. All games will air on ESPN or ESPN3.
To get fans pumped up for the start of the season, ESPN released its college football hype video for 2020. It’s an awesome video, though it is a bit discouraging for B1G, Pac-12, MAC and Mountain West fans out there.
Below is the video ESPN posted on Wednesday. And you can see which games are scheduled for the next two weeks here.
