ESPN FPI updates Top 25, lists where all 14 B1G teams stand following Week 5

The latest rankings from ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI) are out. Several B1G teams, including an unexpected candidate, are listed inside the Top 25 this week.
Cracking into the Top 25 was Nebraska, which posted a dominating 56-7 win over Northwestern on Saturday in Lincoln. It was arguably the most complete performance of the Scott Frost era for the Huskers.
Other teams ranked in the Top 25 — Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Iowa and Michigan State — all won over the weekend, as well.
Wisconsin is the lone team in conference to be listed outside the Top 25 but still inside the Top 50. The other seven teams in the league are all ranked outside that line of demarcation.
