Day 2 of the Round of 64 is getting set to tip-off, and the B1G will have three more teams in action Saturday.

Friday was certainly a mixed bag for the conference from top-to-bottom. Illinois did not struggle in an opening game against 16-seed Drexel while Wisconsin blew out North Carolina in a rare Round of 64 loss for the Tar Heels. Rutgers also snapped a long drought by taking down Clemson to advance.

Unfortunately, the conference also had some serious letdowns. Both Purdue and Ohio State lost to double-digit seeds in 13-seed North Texas and 15-seed Oral Roberts, respectively.

Heading into Saturday, the B1G will have 1-seed Michigan and 2-seed Iowa hitting the floor with both heavily favored in their matchups. 10-seed Maryland will be looking to pull an upset as the Terrapins will square off against 7-seed UConn.

Here is how ESPN’s BPI is predicting these games to go down:

  • 16-seed Texas Southern vs 1-seed Michigan (97.6% chance to win) – Tip-off at 3 pm EST on CBS.
  • 15-seed Grand Canyon vs 2-seed Iowa (91.5% chance to win) – Tip-off at 6:25 pm EST on TBS.
  • 10-seed Maryland (35% chance to win) vs 7-seed UConn – Tip-off at 7:10 pm EST on CBS.
