ESPN’s FPI is weighing in on all the action from the Week 4 slate of college football. That includes a White Out showdown in Happy Valley with Penn State hosting Iowa.

The White Out is an annual spectacle to behold and presents a challenging environment for any opponent. This season will not be any different though the Hawkeyes come to town for a top-25 matchup.

Despite Iowa being ranked No. 24, the FPI is still siding with No. 7 Penn State as a major favorite. The system gives the Nittany Lions an 86.8% chance of walking away with a Week 4 win.

That number is not too surprising with Penn State currently a -15 favorite heading into the matchup. Any fans wanting to get in on those odds can head to Caesars to get started.

The matchup also looks good for Penn State on paper with Drew Allar leading an offense that is averaging over 460 yards of offense this season. The defense has also clamped down on the opposition to begin the year, setting the table for a tough matchup for the Hawkeyes.

As for Iowa, Kirk Ferentz’s offense is averaging just over 300 yards per game and will be missing leading receiver Luke Lachey and a pair of running backs for the game. Toss in the White Out aspect to the equation, and it’s tough to see the Hawkeyes keeping pace in the game.

Saturday’s kickoff is set for 7:30 pm ET on CBS.
