ESPN’s FPI is predicting the college football slate across Rivalry Week, and no game on the schedule is bigger than the showdown in Ann Arbor between Ohio State and Michigan.

Once again, The Game features the B1G East title and a trip to Indianapolis on the line. The winner of Saturday’s game will face Iowa for the B1G Championship, and whoever comes out on top in The Game will be the heavy favorite to beat the Hawkeyes and advance to the College Football Playoff.

According to the FPI, Michigan is a slight favorite for the showdown with home-field advantage in the Big House. The Wolverines are given a 55% chance of coming away with the win and making it three straight victories against Ryan Day and the Buckeyes.

After opening as a 5-point favorite for Week 13, Michigan is now listed as a -4 favorite in Ann Arbor. Fans can head to ESPN Bet to get in on the action throughout Rivalry Week.

The recent history of the game is well-documented. Ohio State dominated the series from 2012-19 with multiple blowouts in that winning streak, but Michigan has flipped the script by outscoring the Buckeyes 87-50 in back-to-back wins under Jim Harbaugh.

Michigan has not recorded 3 straight wins in the series since 1995-97 while the Buckeyes are looking to reclaim the series and the B1G after a 2-year hiatus.
