ESPN’s latest Playoff Predictor keeps 3 B1G teams in top 10 heading to Week 12

The race for the College Football Playoff is heating up as there are only two regular-season weeks left and then conference championship week. According to ESPN’s AllState Playoff Predictor, there are 3 teams from the B1G ranked among the top 10 odds to make the Playoff.

No. 4 Ohio State (9-1) has the 4th-best odds overall to make the playoff at 50%. No. 8 Michigan (9-1) has the 2nd-best odds from the B1G and the 6th-best odds overall to make the playoff at 34%. Finally, No. 7 Michigan State (9-1) has the 3rd-best odds from the B1G and the 10th best odds overall to make the Playoff.

The top 3 spots on the Predictor belong to Georgia, Alabama, and Notre Dame. Undefeated Cincinnati checked in at No. 5, just behind the 1-loss Buckeyes entering Week 12.

No. 7 Michigan State is set to travel to Columbus, Ohio to take on No. 4 Ohio State in Week 12’s College GameDay destination. This game will help decide the race for the B1G East and will be a big factor in the race for the Playoff.
