The race to the College Football Playoff is heating up as the season rolls into Week 7.

Over Week 6, a number of key results helped shape the races in the B1G and around the country. Iowa battled back and knocked off Penn State to jump up to No. 2 on the latest AP Poll. Michigan also remained undefeated by coming away with a late win on the road against Nebraska.

In the SEC, Texas A&M provided a big shakeup to the rankings by pulling off a gigantic upset. The Aggies kicked a last-second field goal to stun Nick Saban and No. 1 Alabama.

That loss by Alabama really provided a hit to the Playoff odds of the Crimson Tide. Their odds are down to 54% to make the CFP and 18% to win the national title after previously having a better than 80% chance to reach the CFP heading into the weekend.

The odds for the B1G to make the Playoff did not drastically change after Week 6 with Michigan, Ohio State, Iowa, and Michigan State making an appearance in the top 10 on the Predictor. Penn State dropped out of the top 10 after the loss to Iowa.
