Last weekend, Penn State took its first loss of the season with a 20-12 defeat against Ohio State in Columbus. However, the season is far from over for James Franklin’s program.
The Nittany Lions are still alive in the B1G with a major game looming down the road vs. Michigan, and one loss does not eliminate the team from the discussion for the College Football Playoff. But first, Penn State must take care of business against Indiana.
The Hoosiers are coming off a disappointing loss to Rutgers and have been particularly bad on either side of the ball in a 3-game losing streak. Indiana has given up 31+ points without scoring more than 17 in losses to Maryland, Michigan and Rutgers.
Saturday’s game is set for a 12 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS.
