National Signing Day for the class of 2024 is in the books.
The Big Ten had another good year on the recruiting trail as 7 teams made it into the top-25 of the 247Sports Composite rankings. Only the SEC has more teams who cracked the top-25 this cycle.
With Oregon, Washington, USC and UCLA set to join the Big Ten next season, all 4 of those programs have been included on the list below.
Here’s a ranking of every Big Ten signing class for 2024:
- Oregon (No. 3 overall)
- Ohio State (No. 5)
- Penn State (No. 15)
- Michigan (No. 16)
- USC (No. 17)
- Nebraska (No. 18)
- Wisconsin (No. 23)
- Purdue (No. 29)
- Iowa (No. 32)
- Minnesota (No. 36)
- Rutgers (No. 37)
- Washington (No. 38)
- Maryland (No. 39)
- Michigan State (N0. 46)
- Illinois (No. 51)
- Indiana (No. 59)
- Northwestern (No. 82)
- UCLA (No. 86)
Oregon has the Big Ten’s No. 1 class despite not signing any 5-star prospects in this cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings. The Ducks, however, did bring in 22 4-star talents — the most of any program in the nation for this cycle. Oregon’s class is led by 4-star receiver Gatlin Bair, who is 1 of 7 top-100 recruits joining the program this offseason.
Ohio State is only other Big Ten program to haul in a top-5 class nationally. The Buckeyes are bringing in just 22 signees overall — by far the smallest class of anyone in the top-5 — but their class includes 3 5-star prospects and the No. 1 overall player in wide receiver Jeremiah Smith.
