Which teams have the most success in college football?

Is it the teams with the most amount of good players that are older veterans? Or is it the teams with just the most talent — regardless of how old they are?

Coaches of course want a mix of both. Having experience does matter and help in a variety of ways. However, you still need talent, and if some of a team’s most talented players are younger, it is what it is. They will get older.

On Thursday, 247Sports released an article showcasing each of the Big Ten teams and how their rosters are made up in terms of experience. From youngest to oldest, here are the B1G teams:
