Fan injuries reported due to SoFi Stadium's slippery conditions during national championship game
Some fans at the national championship on Monday walked away with injuries according to various reports on site. Those injuries were reportedly due to the rain making the floors too slippery.
A video was posted on Monday by Sporting Tribune’s Arash Markazi of multiple fans being carried out of the venue on stretchers after slipping and falling. In the video, you can see staff placing wet floor signs and trying to clean up the water inside SoFi Stadium.

SoFi Stadium was built to be a hybrid venue of sorts, with certain sections being inside and outside. The stadium has a roof but no walls, so wind-blown rain can cause certain issues. It was raining during the national championship and the weather started to cause more and more problems as the game went on.
Hopefully, no one was hurt too bad by the conditions at SoFi Stadium during the game and was able to recover from their injuries.
Georgia went on to win its second straight national title after beating TCU 65-7. The Bulldogs are now the ninth team in college football history to win a national title in consecutive seasons.
