A special moment occurred in B1G volleyball recently.

Megan Miller is a former Nebraska player who now plays for Northwestern. After Miller transferred, her mother passed away. On Sept. 23 after the matchup between the two teams, Miller and her former teammates shared a beautiful embrace.

What a touching moment that Miller will look back on fondly.

Miller, a 5-foot-6 senior from Alexandria, Indiana, played in 215 sets, tallying 439 digs, 42 assists and 44 serving aces at Nebraska.

In her first game at Northwestern on Jan. 22, 2020, Miller led the team with 13 digs and 3 aces vs. Rutgers. This season, Miller averaged 17 digs per game in three contests at Springhill Suites Invitational, plus a season-high 20 digs vs. Arizona.
