The amount of talent at the defensive end position heading into the 2022 NFL Draft is incredibly deep. Along with wide receiver, it might be of the deepest groups in the class.
A lot of the talent at that position is coming from the B1G.
FOX college football analyst Joel Klatt recently revealed the Top 10 edge rushers in this year’s NFL Draft class. Half of the list hailed from the B1G.
To nobody’s surprise, Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson landed at the top of the list. He’s projected to be one of the top two players selected in this year’s draft after being named a Heisman Trophy finalist last fall.
Also making the cut out of the B1G were George Karlaftis (Purdue), David Ojabo (Michigan), Arnold Ebiketie (Penn State) and Boye Mafe (Minnesota). That’s a pretty good list.
Below, you can see where Klatt ranked each of the B1G edge rushers, and his reason for their spot in the Top 10:
We've got a DEEP class of edge rushers in this NFL Draft 😤🔥
