Young gives Oregon a boost to the No. 2 spot after their road-upset victory over Ohio State, who after the defeat warranted a drop to No. 9 on the list.

More notably, B1G teams Iowa and Penn State have drifted into his top 10, with the Hawkeyes sitting up at the No. 4 spot and the Nittany Lions resting in sixth. Wisconsin was not included in his top 25.

But it doesn’t stop there for the B1G, with Rutgers and Michigan State making the list at No. 16 and No. 18, respectively — for a pair of teams that collectively won five games in 2020, that’s a good start.
