The calendar is just days away from flipping to June, moving us ever closer to summer and the eventual start of the 2021 college football season!

With the season getting closer every day, FOX has begun setting its broadcast schedule for the start of the season. On Thursday, FOX released what will be the matchups for the first four broadcasts of Big Noon Kickoff.

The first Big Noon of the season will be Sept. 4 and will feature an early-season crossover game in the B1G. That matchup will be Penn State’s road trip to Madison to face Wisconsin, a big-time matchup for both programs.

After that, FOX will roll out three impressive non-conference matchups for the B1G, something that was missing from the 2020 season with a B1G-only schedule. Sept. 11 will feature Oregon-Ohio State, Sept. 18 will feature Nebraska-Oklahoma, and Sept. 25 will feature Notre Dame-Wisconsin (at Soldier Field in Chicago).

FOX has also announced that the first broadcast of the season will be Thursday, Sept. 2 for the season opener between Ohio State and Minnesota. It has already announced The Game as the Big Noon matchup for Nov. 27, and FOX will also broadcast the B1G Championship Game on Dec. 4.

After not seeing non-conference action in 2020, which early-season matchup are you most excited for?
