The first College Football Playoff rankings will drop tonight, giving us a look at where things stand as we enter the final stretch of the regular season.

Ohio State and Michigan are very, very likely to both be top 4 teams in the initial rankings come Tuesday night. The real question is where will they end up?

Plenty of talk surrounds Ohio State being No. 1 due to the Buckeyes’ pair of wins over Notre Dame and Penn State. No other team in the country has wins like that, and it seems to point to a high ranking in that regard.

Ahead of the first rankings, the Big Noon Kickoff crew made their picks for the top 4 of the initial rankings. Check them out below:

We think Urban may be a little confused.

This is a solid list other than Meyer’s 5-team prediction. One of Michigan, Georgia, OSU, Washington and Florida State will be left out. The most likely exclusion for now is probably Washington, thought Michigan’s schedule could push them out as well.

Ohio State and Georgia seem the safest inclusions in the top 4.

Who is closest to getting it right?
