FOX's Joel Klatt drops latest Top 10 following Week 11
We’re coming down to the wire. With just two weeks remaining in the regular season, the races for division crowns and conference championships are heating up.
So, too, is the push to for a spot in the College Football Playoff. Some teams are in a much better situation than others. It should make for an incredibly interesting final stretch of the year.
Not as much chaos occurred in Week 11 as we’re accustomed to seeing. No. 13 Baylor upset No. 8 Oklahoma, handing the Sooners their first loss of 2021. Mississippi State upended a ranked Auburn team, as well.
Outside of that? Not much in terms of upset. So that made ranking teams this week a little bit easier. Just a little.
After Week 11 came to a close, FOX analyst Joel Klatt released his Top 10 teams. Here’s a look at what it looks like as we head into a pivotal stretch of the year:
- Georgia
- Alabama
- Oregon
- Ohio State
- Cincinnati
- Oklahoma State
- Michigan State
- Michigan
- Notre Dame
- Baylor

Klatt also has Oklahoma, Ole Miss, UTSA and Wisconsin as teams in the “almost” category. Those teams are on the cusp of a spot in his Top 10.
Week 11 was rather pedestrian compared to what we’re used to seeing. Will all hell break loose in Week 12? Or will Klatt a very similar-looking Top 10 by this time next Sunday?
